Terms & Conditions

By engaging VEPVaultSG’s services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

• VEPVaultSG provides assistance with Vehicle Entry Permit (VEP) application submission, processing, and monitoring.
   
• Service fee:
   
  • $100 (nett) standard
     
  • $95 (nett) with referral
     
• Card payments are available via Visa / Mastercard. Applicable card transaction fees apply.
   
• The service fee covers application assistance only.
   
• Fees do not include physical RFID tag installation, Woodlands appointment fees, or any third-party charges.
   

• Payment is required only after the VEP tag has been successfully purchased.
   
• Accepted payment methods:
   
  • PayNow (UEN: 53506308C)
     
  • Stripe card payment
     
• No cash, bank deposits, or upfront payments are accepted.
   
• Payment must be completed within 3 calendar days from service completion notification.
   
• Late payment penalty:
   
  • $10 added for every 3 days payment remains outstanding.
     

• Customers must provide accurate, complete, and clear documents, including but not limited to:
   
  • NRIC or Passport
     
  • Vehicle log card
     
  • Valid insurance details
     
• VEPVaultSG is not responsible for delays or rejections caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer.
   

• Refunds are generally not applicable, as payment is collected only after the VEP tag purchase is completed.
   
• If an error is proven to be caused by VEPVaultSG, a refund or alternative solution may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
   
• Card processing fees are non-refundable.
   
• Cancellations made before application submission may be eligible for a partial refund at VEPVaultSG’s discretion.
   

• Personal data is collected and used solely for VEP application processing.
   
• Customer data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to complete the application or where required by law.
   
• Card payments are securely processed by Stripe.
  VEPVaultSG does not store or have access to card details.
   

VEPVaultSG shall not be held liable for any issues arising after service completion, including but not limited to:

• Malfunction, damage, loss, or failure of the VEP or RFID tag after it has been successfully purchased and linked
   
• Detection issues, scanning failures, or gate access problems at checkpoints
   
• Account balance, activation status, or usage-related issues after handover
   
• Delays, system errors, or policy changes by JPJ, Touch ’n Go, or relevant authorities
   
• Fines or penalties incurred if a customer drives without a valid, activated, or properly functioning tag
   

All post-completion tag-related issues must be resolved directly with the relevant authorities or service providers.

• The service is considered completed once the VEP tag is successfully purchased and linked.
   
• Any loss, damage, malfunction, replacement, or troubleshooting required after completion will be treated as a new and separate service request, if assistance is offered.
   
• VEPVaultSG is not responsible for any tag-related issues after service completion.
   

• Customers agree to indemnify and hold VEPVaultSG harmless from any claims, fines, or penalties arising from:
   
  • Inaccurate or false information provided
     
  • Improper usage of the VEP tag
     
  • Non-compliance with VEP regulations
     

• Official communication channels are limited to:
   
  • WhatsApp
     
  • Email
     
  • Official website
     
• VEPVaultSG is not responsible for scams, impersonation, or communication via unofficial channels.
   

VEPVaultSG shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Server or system outages
   
• JPJ or Touch ’n Go downtime
   
• Government policy changes
   
• Internet or technical disruptions
   
• Strikes, natural disasters, or unforeseen events
   

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore.
   
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
   

• VEPVaultSG reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
   
• Customers are encouraged to review this page periodically for updates.
