Terms and Conditions

1. SERVICE SCOPE

  • We assist customers with the application, processing, and monitoring of Vehicle Entry Permit (VEP) tags.
     
  •  Our service fee of S$100 (nett) covers the online VEP application process only.
    If you choose to pay via card, additional card transaction fees will apply .
     
  • The fee does not include on-site tag installation at designated centres (e.g. Woodlands)

2. Payment Terms

  • Payment is required only after the VEP tag has been successfully purchased under the customer’s name.
     
  •  All payments must be made securely via PayNow to UEN: 53506308C or through our official Stripe card payment system (Visa/Mastercard only) .
     
  •  All payments must be made using our official payment methods. We do not accept cash, bank deposits, or advance payments.
    Accepted methods: PayNow (UEN: 53506308C), Visa, and Mastercard (card transaction fees apply).
     
  • Customers are required to make payment within 3 days of notification that their tag has been successfully obtained.
     
  • Failure to make payment within 3 days will result in an administrative fee of $10, charged for every 3-day period the payment remains outstanding.

     

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate and valid documents (e.g. NRIC/Passport, log card, vehicle details).
     
  • VEPVaultSG is not liable for delays or rejections caused by incomplete or inaccurate submissions.
     

4. Refund Policy

  • As payment is collected only upon successful purchase of the tag, refunds are generally not applicable.
     
  • In rare cases where a customer has been incorrectly charged, refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


  •  Service fees are strictly for processing applications. Fines or summons issued by JPJ are the responsibility of the vehicle owner and do not constitute grounds for refund. 

 

  • All payments made to VEPVaultSG are non-refundable once the VEP application process has started.


  • If you request a cancellation before we have submitted your application, we may approve a partial refund at our discretion.


  • For card payments, please note that card transaction fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any approved refund.


  • If an error occurs on our part that prevents your application from being processed, we will work with you to correct the issue or offer a full or partial refund.

5. Data Protection

  • We handle all personal and vehicle data strictly for the purpose of VEP application.
     
  • Data will not be shared with third parties, except where required by law or to complete the application with the relevant authorities.

 

  • All payments made through VEPVaultSG are processed securely. Card transactions are handled by Stripe. We do not store, process, or have access to your credit/debit card information.

6. Limitation of Liability

VEPVaultSG is not responsible for:

  • Delays or failures caused by the JPJ/TnG system.
     
  • Changes in government policy regarding VEP.
     
  • Penalties or fines incurred by customers who drive without a valid VEP tag during the application process


  •  Customers must not drive into Malaysia without a valid and activated VEP tag. VEPVaultSG is not liable for any fines, summons, penalties, or enforcement actions imposed by JPJ/TnG at any stage of the application or appointment process. 

7. Service Completion Definition

  •  Our service is considered complete once the customer’s VEP tag has been successfully purchased and linked to their vehicle. Any subsequent issues, such as tag loss, damage, or replacement, will be treated as a new service request. 

8. Indemnity Clause

  •  By engaging our services, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold VEPVaultSG harmless from any claims, damages, fines, or penalties arising from the misuse of the VEP tag or the provision of inaccurate documents. 

9. Communication Disclaimer

  •  Official communication from VEPVaultSG will only be made through our registered WhatsApp number, email, or website. We are not responsible for miscommunication or scams conducted via third parties claiming to represent us. 

10. Force Majeure

  •  VEPVaultSG shall not be held liable for delays, failures, or losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to JPJ/TnG system outages, government policy changes, technical disruptions, internet outages, third-party service disruptions (e.g. WhatsApp, email, hosting providers), strikes, or natural disasters. 

11. Jurisdiction Clause

  •  These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Singapore courts.
     

12. Amendments

  • VEPVaultSG reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.


  • By engaging our services, customers confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. 


  • Customers are encouraged to review this page periodically for the latest version.
